I have had to call WKG twice over the last two years because when your well is not working it's a real problem. What I didn't expect was the responsiveness both times. The first time I called William came out the next day and fixed it, and the second time he called me back from vacation and helped me trouble shoot. Called WKG after receiving 3 quotations from national water softener companies on the advice of a neighbor who has a WKG system. Came the next day for an estimate, explained the different options and levels of treatment of my water.  Gave us estimate for less money than the others with no pressure to buy and a written 100% guarantee if we were not happy.
